I washed my washed my wig never installed before. And the lace is balding can I get a new wig pls it’s my birthday
Hair was really nice but the lace on my frontal is too dark for my skin complexion. I will order bundles but not a frontal again.

I brought a 32inch 13x6 body wave frontal wig and it’s terrible it sheds and tangles so bad it don’t hold a curl
Soon as I hit outside my curls were gone it was overall the worst wig I’ve ever purchased
I like this i’ve had it in for abt 3 weeks my only issue is the lighter kind of yellow/red hairs that were in it … and thst was before washing

The lace melted sooo good😍 the wig was a bit big for my head but the bands took care of it 9/10 recommend it’s very true to length my 28” looks like 30” !!

This is for the customer service. I have not installed the hair. I ordered a certain length which was out of stock and would not be available for some time. They called apologizing and asked if I wanted a refund or could wait. I said I would wait . A couple of days later they updated me and said the hair is still taking time so at this point I can refund or be sent a longer length at the same price. I chose the longer length. The hair appears well. I did do a small burn test and it did pass but I didn’t go crazy with the burn test. There was the smell that all of this hair has but not to the extent that I was overwhelmed. I will be washing like I do all bundles.
