Same-Day Shipping

  • Same Day Shipping Order Cutoff: Orders placed by 3:00 PM CST on business days are shipped the same day.
  • Next Business Day Shipping: Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will ship on the following business day.

Inventory Availability

  • In rare cases, an item may be out of stock after purchase. If this happens, we’ll reach out with an estimated shipping date or alternative options.

Shipping Guarantees

  • Arrival times are estimates, not guarantees. If a paid express or overnight shipment is delayed, we will refund the shipping fee.

Free Shipping Transit Times

  • Chicago Metropolitan Area: Delivery within 1-2 business days (includes Saturday delivery).
  • Midwest States: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
  • Other States: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery within 3-4 business days.

Billing and Shipping Address

  • Match Required: To ensure order security, your billing and shipping addresses must match.
  • Additional Verification: If the billing and shipping addresses differ, we may require additional verification.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders with mismatched addresses may be canceled without further notice if verification isn’t provided.
  • Address Changes: Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed. Please double-check all address details at checkout.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Ground Shipping within the USA is free.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.
  • Shipping Coverage: We ship only within the USA and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Delivery Status: If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package, it may be lost or stolen. Please file a claim with UPS or USPS, as they are equipped to investigate.
  • Responsibility Shift: Once shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the courier, and Loxx Hair is not liable for lost or stolen packages post-delivery.
  • Assistance: We can provide documentation to support your claim. Any delivery issues should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking Numbers: Sent via email once your order ships. If it’s not in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
  • Activation: Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your email.
  • Tracking Links: Use the link in your email to track on the UPS or USPS website.
  • Missing Tracking Info: If you don’t receive tracking within 3 business days, contact us at 872-806-7878.

Can I make changes to my order?

To ensure the fastest delivery possible, orders are processed quickly. This means we cannot alter or change orders once order is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Loxx Hair! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's how our return and exchange process works:

Unopened & Unused Products

We accept returns on unopened and unused hair extensions within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging, completely unaltered (not opened, worn, tampered with, colored, or had fingers drawn through it).

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at MARKETING@LOXXOFHAIR.COM with your order number and the reason for return.

Important Note Regarding Opened Products

To maintain the highest health and hygiene standards for our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened hair extension products. This policy safeguards the well-being of our customers and staff.

Please carefully consider your purchase before opening the product packaging.

Return Process (if eligible)

If the return is due to reasons such as placing the wrong order, changing your mind, or no longer needing the product, customers can either mail the return directly to us at the following address:

Alternatively, you can contact us marketing@loxxofhair.com for a return shipping label. Please note that all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs.
