The lace melted sooo good😍 the wig was a bit big for my head but the bands took care of it 9/10 recommend it’s very true to length my 28” looks like 30” !!

This is for the customer service. I have not installed the hair. I ordered a certain length which was out of stock and would not be available for some time. They called apologizing and asked if I wanted a refund or could wait. I said I would wait . A couple of days later they updated me and said the hair is still taking time so at this point I can refund or be sent a longer length at the same price. I chose the longer length. The hair appears well. I did do a small burn test and it did pass but I didn’t go crazy with the burn test. There was the smell that all of this hair has but not to the extent that I was overwhelmed. I will be washing like I do all bundles.

I bought hair from loxx before, but this time I was very disappointed. I bought some deep wave curly hair once I washed it. The curl did not ever come back the way it was when I bought it and I hadn't even had it installed in head yet I washed it before I installed it and it was a bad idea. I'm very upset.

I absolutely love this hair. As soon as I took it out the pack I knew it was the best. It’s full all the way through the ends and the wefts are sturdy. No weird smell or issues with styling. I will be getting all my hair from here from now on😭
